Training Effort:
I work out 3 days a week and have baseball practice 2 days a week during the winter. I’ve taken private lessons with a pitching coach over the last couple of seasons. For 2020 I’ll be working on my pitching mechanics and working out my legs and core to further develop my velocity. I’ll also be working on commanding all of my pitches and throwing my change up in all counts.
